Is counselling for me?

You may feel that something needs to change but you're not quite sure what. You might feel low, anxious, overwhelmed or stuck. Whatever you're feeling – and perhaps you don't know what you're feeling – I will offer a warm, safe and supportive environment where you will be heard and accepted without judgement. Being with someone who will listen without offering an opinion or advice can help you to work out ways to make changes, however big or small.
