About me...
Hello, I'm Tanya and I offer you a warm welcome.

I'm an approachable, professional and qualified integrative therapist combining person centred, psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I'm a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and abide by their ethical framework.
I offer long-term and short-term therapy depending on your needs, face-to-face and online. I work with individuals facing a range of challenges including – but not limited to – anxiety, depression, trauma & past experiences, low self-esteem, relationship issues, post-natal depression (PND), domestic abuse, sexual abuse, family concerns, personal growth, dysregulation and work pressures.

As well as having my own private practice, I am also an ‘Associate Therapist’ at Headstrong Pro, an online counselling provider for affordable therapy.

Previously I have volunteered for The Deborah Ubee Trust – a Greenwich based charity that ‘promotes emotional health and wellbeing irrespective of the ability to pay’.

I have also worked as a therapist delivering IAPT (Improving Access to Psychological Therapies) integrative counselling under the partnership of SLAM (South London and Maudsley NHS Trust) and Care to Listen.
