• I offer a free introductory chat (15 minutes) on the telephone where we can get to know each other a little and where you can briefly say what brings you to counselling. Afterwards, if you feel you would like to arrange an initial session, we can take it from there.​

• Initial session: £60 for a 50 minute session. This session is where we carry out an initial assessment, which includes going through your history, living/work/social situation, and where we see if we both feel we can work together. This is a very important initial step, as I believe that central to effective therapy is the relationship between client and therapist.

 

• ​All subsequent individual counselling sessions, either face-to-face or online: £60 for a 50 minute session​.
